The Last Generation is a documentary about five young men whose lives have been radically changed by a small group of people who have One Heart. Imagine what could happen if millions of people become activated and invest into the lives of a forgotten population of at-risk and incarcerated youth throughout America. The One Heart Project offers at-risk and incarcerated youth a second chance.
