ONE HEART. THIRTY YEARS OF SECOND CHANCES.
For thirty years, One Heart Project has believed a simple truth: young people don't need a system to give up on them — they need someone to stay. What started as a commitment to a handful of youth has grown into a sustained presence across Texas, Kansas, and Nebraska, reaching justice-involved and at-risk youth inside probation departments, detention centers, schools, and communities that need it most.
Thirty years is not a milestone we're celebrating alone. It belongs to every mentor who kept showing up on the hard days, every partner and funder who believed the work was worth investing in, every family who trusted us with their child's story, and every young person who chose to believe a different future was possible.
This anniversary isn't just a look back — it's a recommitment to the work ahead. The need for intervention hasn't gone away, and neither has our resolve.
