TEXAS
One Heart Project works alongside juvenile probation departments, Juvenile Justice Alternative Education Programs (JJAEP), and schools across Texas to give at-risk and justice-involved youth a pathway forward — through mentoring, life skills, and gender-responsive programming for both young men and young women. KANSAS
In Kansas, One Heart Project partners with schools, court services, and juvenile corrections to reach youth at every stage — from elementary prevention programming to intervention inside the justice system. Kansas is home to our largest and most integrated service footprint, offering mentoring, education, and support to young people and the adults working alongside them. NEBRASKA
One Heart Project operates inside the Nebraska Correctional Youth Facility and partners with probation and diversion programs across Douglas and Lancaster counties to walk alongside justice-involved youth during some of the hardest seasons of their lives.
